Organised, detail-oriented and interested in automotive operations? Join our team as a Logistics & Administration Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting vehicle distribution, inventory management and office administration.
You’ll be involved in;
- Automotive logistics coordination and vehicle distribution support.
- Inventory management, stock tracking and documentation.
- Office administration, filing and record-keeping.
- Coordination with dealerships, transporters and logistics partners.
- Preparation of delivery orders, invoices and administrative reports.
📍 Internship location: Glenmarie (walking distance to Glenmarie LRT station) and Bandar Rimbayu.
🚗 Candidates must have their own transport and a valid driving licence.
What you will do;
- Assist in coordinating vehicle deliveries, transfers and distribution to dealerships.
- Support inventory management including stock tracking, vehicle inspections and documentation.
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders and other logistics-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, stock levels and logistics activities.
- Liaise with transporters, dealerships and external vendors to ensure timely vehicle deliveries.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating logistics operations for vehicle launches and events.
- Support general office administration including filing, data entry and document management.
- Prepare basic administrative and logistics performance reports.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries related to logistics and administration.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Logistics and Administration teams.
What we’re looking for;
- Students pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Office Management or related fields.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in automotive operations and logistics is an added advantage.
- Experience in administration, data entry, inventory management or campus activities is beneficial.
Comfortable using;
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Email and communication platforms.
- Basic database and record-keeping systems.
- Document management and filing systems.
- Logistics tracking and inventory management tools (optional).
Internship details;
- Duration: Minimum 3 months.
- Allowance: Provided.
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, office hours. Occasional weekend or event support may be required.
